Things we refuse to make generic.
The fit.
Tracks, vents, braces, cables, doors and annoying little clearances are not “edge cases.” They are the actual space the finished thing has to live in.
The customer language.
You do not need workshop terminology. A photo plus “this bit is driving me mad” can be a completely legitimate starting point.
The approval.
When a layout matters, you get to approve the version you are happy with. If something changes later, we show you the update before it replaces anything.
The making method.
We are interested in the result, not proving everything must be made the same way. Materials and construction methods are chosen around the brief and their suitability.
The handover.
Customer-installed pieces, progress photos, files, project notes and useful handover information deserve a proper place too — not a frantic search through old messages.

We like the fun part. We also like the boring important part.
Texture, colour and character are great. So are accurate measurements, sensible access, a clear price and making sure you know exactly what is being made. Oddball is deliberately both.
