We turn the idea into a clear design.
For layout-led jobs, we can show where ledges, hides, plant pockets, ramps, vines and other features are planned so you can picture the result before we start making it.

Nothing sneaky changes after you say yes
You check the quote and design.
When everything looks right, you approve that version. If you later ask for a change, we show you the updated version too — the one you already approved does not quietly disappear.

Workshop time
Then we make the thing.
Once the important details are settled, we move into making. We keep the build organised behind the scenes so you do not have to manage the workshop side of the project.

Finish properly
Final check, handover, done.
We finish with the practical information that applies to your project. For large backdrops, customer collection is the most common handover. Customers can also bring the enclosure to us for direct-fit work, or ask about Oddball installation; smaller-item shipping is simpler, and oversized freight is only quoted where it genuinely makes sense.

You always know what you are saying yes to.
For projects with a layout, we keep each version clear. You can ask for changes, compare the update and approve the one you are happy with — without an older design mysteriously changing underneath you.

We show you the planned layout so you can see where the important features sit and tell us what feels right or what you would like moved.

You can suggest position changes in your private project page. We keep the earlier version too, so it is easy to see what changed.

That is the layout we keep as your approved version. If anything changes later, you get to see and approve the update too.
The simple version: once you say yes to a layout, we keep that version safe. If we change anything later, you get to check the new version before it replaces what you approved.
Tape measure, not engineering degree
You do not need perfect measurements to say hello.
For the first enquiry, rough dimensions and good photos are enough to start the conversation. When exact fit matters, we will tell you which measurements affect the answer.
The useful extras: door tracks, vents, braces, lighting, cables, fixed fixtures and anything else that steals usable space.

A few things that can change the path
Custom is flexible. Physics is less flexible.
We would rather be clear about practical limits early than pretend every idea, timeline or material combination is automatically a good one.
Complexity, approvals, material availability and existing workload can affect lead time. We confirm the realistic path before you commit.
Large pieces may need to be made in sections, and the way they get into the enclosure can affect the design. Customer collection is our most common handover for big backdrops. For fitted jobs, bringing the enclosure to us can be even better because we can work to the actual tank. Oddball installation is also available where practical.
Smaller hides, bowls and accessories are much easier to ship. Oversized backdrop freight is not treated like normal parcel shipping — if you need it, we investigate and quote it specifically.
Heat, moisture, cleaning and the way your animal uses the space can affect what will work well. If something is not a good fit, we will explain why and talk through a better option.
